Love & Appreciation: Boy Alex
Alex is a warm ball of light in a sometimes cold world. He emanates warmth and love and I cannot be down or unhappy around him. Maybe because we like to hug for hours and stare deeply into each others’ eyes. We first bonded over Jonas Brothers gossip and a Panic! at the Disco guilty pleasure while working at Bull Moose, and deepened our friend love by dancing around to Miley Cyrus and High School Musical 3, delighting the patrons of our little store and scaring away others we wouldn’t have liked anyway. One time a thug asked us if we were sisters. He is smart, sassy, and funny, and I am just gaga for him (which is wordplay because he’s the biggest Little Monster I know). He would be voted “Best Personal Style” in the high school yearbook of my life.
